With an unwavering commitment to provide a safe environment for children and young people, we will provide services whether temporary, short-term, long-term, or immediate response accommodation and support on a daily 24-hour basis including.

In accordance with service requirements, Rapha Care providing direct care will:

  • support educational, recreational, and community-based activities. 
  • support and encourage children/young people to attend appointments, such as medical appointments and school.
  • provide opportunities for children and young people to develop independent living skills. 
  • include children and young people in household decisions where appropriate.
  • have the right to participate, to be heard and be included have the right to be respected have the right to information in accessible formats have the right to have support have the right to be treated fairly.
